Peanut Butter Balls

One of Chris' favorite holiday treats

Chris' dad use to make these for the family and they quickly became a favorite for peanut butter lovers! Click the drop down arrows on the left-hand side of "Ingredients" and "Directions" to make it for yourself!
Ingredients-
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
14-18 oz. jar peanut butter
4-5 cups Rice Krispies
1 pkg. chocolate almond bark
Directions-
1. Melt stick of butter in microwave in large bowl
2. Add powdered sugar and peanut butter
3. Mix with hands until smooth
4. Once smooth, add Rice Krispies, till desired crunch
5. Form balls with palms of hands, smaller than walnuts
6. Cool in fridge for awhile
7. Once cool, dip in melted chocolate almond bark
8. Put on wax paper to dry
